My life has been a great adventure! Who knew I'd live such a colorful life? Not me! I raised a big family of strapping boys; my second son, Michael, passed away when he was only 28 years old. It's been an enormous loss to bear. Since that time, I have devoted much of my life to working with grieving children and high-risk teens. As a family, we lived abroad for several years, both in Europe and Asia, and I have had numerous international teaching opportunities. I still work full-time and love living in beautiful Central Oregon where the air is pristine and the hiking opportunities are unlimited!

I have often wondered about my old friend and neighbor, David Bevans.  We lived right across from each other on Brennan Avenue.  He was a cute and funny kid, and I honor the memories of our times.  Blessings and peace to David Bevans.

My heart is touched with loss and sorrow as I read of the passing of our beautiful friend, Dorthy Johnson.  I have such sweet memories of her as a fellow student and friend; she made a mark on our lives and will be remembered always with love and joy.

Mardean and I grew up together on Brennan Avenue; she was a shy and sweet friend and introduced me to horses - I have the best memories of her!  Love and blessings to her beautiful family, especially her mother, Dovey Styhl.
